Christian is an absolutely pro in this business and a total standout in a crowded field. His ability to deal with people, his business instincts, and his knack for building trust are all top notch and made our home buying purchase smooth. I have bought homes before and I truly can’t imagine a better home buying experience.
Christian knows this market well and has surrounded himself with well-vetted and reliable contacts from lenders to inspectors. He and the entire Putnam team made the entire process transparent, predictable, and smooth. We were never surprised and Christian was incredibly attentive in ensuring we as buyers were informed, educated, and prepared to make decisions.
There are certainly agents in the area with more time in the business and in this area, but I don’t think you could find a single one of them with the true talent that Christian brings to the table. Moreover, I don’t think you’ll find realtor as dedicated to clients as Christian and the Putnam team.

Christian was dearly attentive and helpful during our buying process. We went through a couple more people before we met him. For us it was the qualities of the person rather than using our own network or friends who is in the business. It was overhelming situation for us as we needed to buy quickly when the houses in the area were in high demand. He done a great deal. We got the house among 12 other offers and it ended up being quick and smooth even we were not very hopeful about the timing. He knows how to approach and negotiate that must be one of the secret sauce I guess.
If you are seeking for a smart, knowlegable professional who is an aggressive buyer, who is passionate and respectful about his job go with him. My husband and I had stress-free experience as he was informative and good in communication.
