Kelly was the first realtor to take an assertive posture on helping our oldest son land his first home. After two failed attempts on buying a townhouse, Kelly made it happen and it was not the lowest offer, just the most sound.

Christian is the best! He went above and beyond for us in our search for our first house. In our first meeting, he made sure to explain the process of buying a house to make sure we had no surprises, which was very nice since this was our first time buying a home.

He is very good and patient with answering any questions we had along the way, and he was always very prompt at answering or getting things done.

He really helped assuage any concerns we had along the way as well.

He also got us a great deal on the house that we ended up buying.

Overall, I can not recommend Christian enough. We are very happy with our experience.

Kelly's really cool. At first she seemed like a fast talking realtor but that's what I needed...someone that could get the results i needed fast and wasn't gonna hesitate or act timid or confused. I needed someone decisive and understanding. She listened to my concerns and told me what I needed to hear when I was being indecisive. I went with the mike putnam group because he kept in touch with me for years, knowing that I wanted out of Gainesville. When the time was right he called and let me know my options. I chose him out of the many realtors calling because he sounded like he knew his stuff. There were other realtors that seemed more personable but he sounded like a guy that doesn't mess around and gets the job done. Thats what I wanted and that's what I got. It was a bumpy ride but we got through and couldn't be happier now. His staff was very kind and helped as much as they could with the many stresses of buying/selling a home in the matter of only ONE MONTH !! I was very indecisive about moving and needed someone like him to lay out all the facts which led me to finally get the heck out of where I was and in a town I always wanted to live in.
