Professional, Proactive, Persistent, and dedicated: Caden Hammonds was amazing! Caden is very knowledgeable and has the proper resources to make one's home/property buying experience a breeze. Caden was a caring realtor and always attentive to my needs. He was extremely patient, kind, and always answering my questions 24/7. I really enjoyed working with Caden he set off good vibes where I was comfortable and not pressured into buying something that I didn't want or likes. Caden looks out for his clients rather than himself. There are realtors out there that only go for the commission, I can assure you that Caden is not that type of realator. He really spends the time getting to know you and your likings so he can put you in the right home. As a first-time homebuyer, I had done research beforehand but was really grateful to have Caden as my realtor, motivator, and influencer. The process itself went extremely smoothly. Caden was very prompt with the paperwork. When everything was settled and closed. I felt I really didn't even do anything, except looking at the house, signing the paperwork, and close 10 days later. I really do not know where to begin. When I first signed on with Christian Davis of the Putnam Group to sell my home I did not know what to expect. People always sell themselves as "the best at what they do". I always know there are bumps in the road when you sell a home. It is one thing to talk the talk. It is truly the mettle of a company that can handle the difficult situations professionally while prioritizing your best interests. Christian more than met our expectations. I will not go into details to bore you but suffice to say that if anyone out there needs to sign on with a real estate company to sell their home or buy a home I, without any hesitancy, highly recommend the Putnam Group and Christian Davis. Christian, Summer and Mike Putnam are the very best. I have bought and sold over 20 homes and this transaction, by far, impressed me the most. Also, this is the first review i have ever given on line, positive or negative, about any organization. I am not a "review guy". I just wanted to share my positive experience.

My wife and I first met Christian Davis in October of 2020 while looking at a place in Burke. We realized the timing wasn’t right for us and we needed to wait until spring. We both thought that with the lapse in time Christian would totally forget about us. Little did we know that on the first day of spring, my phone is blowing up from Christian Davis (talk about a man of his word). My fiancé and I cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience working with Chander was! Chander went above and beyond to help us find our perfect, first home. We were excited for this journey and thanks to Chander it couldn't have gone better. His responsiveness and quick action was unparalleled. He was genuinely invested in helping us get the right place and was very transparent throughout the process (which was especially great given how crazy the market has been in 2021). We have already been recommending some close friends and family to use Chander, which I think says it all. If you need a responsive and knowledgeable, bulldog of an agent to fight for you in this insane market, then you need Christian Davis!
