From the 1st day on April 16th, when Mike wasn't able to make an appointment due to an accident, Christian was up to bat in just 2 hours to sit down with us to discuss selling our home. We debated merits of where to start on the sale. From that point forward he helped us address 1st our painpoint of where we were going to move to as we knew the market was hot and our house would sell quick. Fortunately, we weren't looking to buy as we plan to be in the area just 4 more years. 72 hours later he helped to convince a listing agent we were the right tenants even though we were 6th applicant for a rental on the market just a day. Thanh has provided awesome service and I would recommend him to anyone that is considering buying or selling a house! It was my first time buying a house and Thanh has been very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. He made sure that I had no questions or sitting idle throughout the process. He was very responsive whenever I had a question which ensured me that he was working closely on my case and was ready to help me whenever I needed him.
