Mr.Mike is absolutely the best of the best!!He helped us to sell our house in Woodbridge VA in less than a month after a terrible experience with a former relator.We made a huge mistake by hiring an unprofessional agent in selling our property.We lost a lot of money and time and got nothing!After a few months in the market we lost all hope in selling the house.It was the most frustrating time especially we moved to another state.It was terrible being stuck in paying two mortgages.Finally we figure out it was the inexperienced agent who caused for the house not to sell.I took a long trip to VA to fire this agent and to hire Mr.Mike.To be honest it was the best decision I made in my life!The same day the house was in the market,it was already under contract!!!We will never forget Mr.Mikes's efforts and his amazing team.Me and my family will be forever thankful ??He knows what he is doing,very professional and has lots of connections and great reputation!Also no matter how busy he or his team are,they always responded to me(Shay from the team was great ??).If you ever think about selling your property,save yourself time and money and go with the Putnam group.Believe me you won't ever be disappointed!!

For months she showed me homes when I was available despite time difference and was always professional and positive. These were very competitive times to buy a home and she was able to navigate the process and find me my perfect home.
