If Michael was unavailable to answer a question, someone from the Group got back to us quickly no matter what. We truly appreciated the great communication as we were selling and purchasing a home. If you are looking for someone who works efficiently and quickly (as quick as you would like of course), Michael is certainly the person for you. We were very pleased with how quickly the Group worked for us in order to purchase our new home. We happened to find our new home before our current home was on the market. Michael and Christian worked tirelessly to make sure we didn't lose our dream home. This wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Michael's top notch negotiation skills and friendly, not-pushy advice. We also worked with McLean Mortgage Company who also provided excellent customer service and made the loan process as simple as possible. Lastly, Michael recommended a great contractor, painter, and moving company that made the whole process a little easier. I hired him because he had the gumption to call me before 08:00 in the morning, although I almost hung up on him, but not before a lightbulb went off in my head making me realize that he's actually what we required in order to sell our hard-to-sell property: a go-getter who will plow through a listing and stop at nothing to accomplish the mission. Not only he showed us his talent as an agent, he was compassionate, dedicated, and an all around achiever in his work in the real estate business. I would recommend Michael Putnam and his team to anyone. Naming a few Davell, Beth, and his whole client care team was extremely professional and friendly. They sold our house within a week/days and found us a new home to grow in. They took us through every step of the way during the whole process and made it a successful experience.
