I had been thinking of moving back home to New York for years but I thought my house had to be in better shape to sell. I do a few repairs myself but I don't paint & didn't have the energy to start. Mike said he knows the local market & I had options. Mike had contractors that could give me estimates for painting, carpet & updating my kitchen or I could price as is and sell now. I chose the as is option and my house sold was under contract in less than a week. I had never heard of the as is option. Thankful I found an experienced agent. I was lucky because Mike found me!

She took care and looked out for us the entire time and it wasn't just about selling us a home she truly cared and we put our complete trust in her. We looked at different houses in different areas to find the right one and she did not get impatient or try to rush us into buying something we were not happy with.
