Sold a Condo home in 2022 in Ashburn, VA.

If you need a realtor Mike is your guy. His negotiation skills is superb! Our condo was listed in July by another realtor when the market starts slowing down because of the increased interest rate. We had a lot of viewings and our realtor at that time was doing open houses almost every other weekend but we never get an offer and most of the time no feedback from the viewings. We meet Mike when we finally decided to take the house off the market and find another realtor! Mike called my husband before 8 in the morning and when we meet him he come ready and we signed the contract the very same day we meet him. He got us a buyer within 2 weeks of re listing our property and sold the house in a month despite of the high interest he was able to help us sold our house! I highly recommend Mike if you want to sell your property! His the man!

We interviewed 4 realtors to sell our house and assessed that Mike was the most likely to generate the highest sale price. This assessment was based on his strategy and all the specific things he promised to do in preparation for the sale. We were not disappointed! He did everything promised, executed the strategy he described to perfection, and was very responsive at each point of the process. He was even able to get one of his contractors in to do painting and misc repairs just a week after we signed up and while we were out of town. Before we went live we had cash offers well above asking price with no contingencies and decided based on these offers that our target price should be significantly higher than we originally thought. With Mike's negotiation skills we ended up another $80K above that higher target.
