Mr. Putnam engaged with me very early in the process and continued to follow-up for several months while I was preparing the house to be listed. Mike and his team did an amazing job. I wanted to put a lot of updates in the property and do some remodeling but they said they could sell it “as is” at the price I wanted. Not only did they sell it, they sold it for 10k more. They also were very helpful in helping set up movers and junk company. I would reccomend them to anyone thinking of selling.

My boyfriend and I were looking to get out of Woodbridge into Manassas. We came across one of Mike's rental properties online and wanted to get out to see. We met a member of his team at the property and they showed us around and even took us around the neighborhood to look at daycares!!! Wow... We have rented for the last 10 years and no other realtor has done something like that for us. We submitted an application and will be moving on Feb 1st. We have 12 months to save up so we can buy our first home. We definitely plan on using the Putnam Group!

Mike Putnam is an agent I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get the best possible price for their home. We met Mike through a fellow Marine and instantly knew he was the real deal. We told him what we wanted and how much we were looking to spend. He was honest with us from the jump that the likelihood of us finding the home that we've always dreamed of (for the right price) in the Northern Virginia area was going to be extremely difficult if not impossible to find. None the less, he took us out to see multiple different properties and we ultimately submitted an offer for a property in Manassas. I really like honest people. The fact that he knew something was going to be extremely difficult and he stepped up to the challenge regardless makes me respect him as a not just a realtor, but a person!
