Christian took the time to throughly go through the contract and its provisions to help us understand it. He had an enthusiasm when it came to his job. What I value most about Christian was his honesty. He would list the positives and negatives for all the houses we looked at. He pointed out issues with houses as we toured them. Christian understands the real estate market and negotiated to get a better deal on our house. If you’re looking for a realtor I’d strongly recommend him. From this experience, I can say without a doubt he’s now part of my family.
