Great experience working with the Putnam Group from start to finish. First visit with Michael and Erin led to immediate fixes to the property which were overlooked by me. The Putnam Group have some great contractors on call. After some discussion Michael set the price to sell which I agreed to. We hit the market with "coming soon" ads. By the time we listed we had an offer the first day. In three days we had three offers. The group negotiated a price 25K over the asking price. Fantastic work by Michael and Erin. We are now working with their team on the closing.
