He is very responsive and proactive, which in general is important, but even more so in this super hot market. Would 10/10 recommend and definitely will be reaching out to him for future purchases!

Because she worked so quickly, we were able to get the house slightly below market price and avoided possible bidding wars. After the contract, she continued to fight hard for the improvements recommended by our inspector. Overall, I wouldn’t think twice about having her be realtor when we go to sell this house (hopefully many years from now)!

Simply put.....Kelly is excellent. She discerned rather quickly the type of home my wife and I desired, and didn’t bother wasting our time showing us homes that wouldn’t be a great fit. She found several wonderful options, and finally the one we knew was the right one for us. Kelly acted quickly, negotiating with the seller’s agent to stop the open house and get our offer accepted, avoiding what would have been a likely bidding war. Kelly was prompt and helpful at each step in the process and without a doubt will be who we use the next time we look to purchase a home.
