If you need a realtor Mike is your guy. His negotiation skills is superb! Our condo was listed in July by another realtor when the market starts slowing down because of the increased interest rate. We had a lot of viewings and our realtor at that time was doing open houses almost every other weekend but we never get an offer and most of the time no feedback from the viewings. We interviewed 4 realtors to sell our house and assessed that Mike was the most likely to generate the highest sale price. This assessment was based on his strategy and all the specific things he promised to do in preparation for the sale. We were not disappointed! He did everything promised, executed the strategy he described to perfection, and was very responsive at each point of the process. He was even able to get one of his contractors in to do painting and misc repairs just a week after we signed up and while we were out of town. Mike and his team were excellent. What I liked was the personal attention we received during the sale process. We live several hours away from the home we had for sale, and Erin in Client Care, really helped by scheduling minor repairs and reminding me when documents were due.
